Ways to Gain Muscle, Not Fat

So many of us really do not know the right way to lose weight. We go from diet to diet and lose weight shouting joyfully while we are doing so. Then all of a sudden reality sets in and we realize that what we are doing we cannot do for the rest of our lives. We need to realize that good nutrition with a good fitness workout is essential for muscle gain, weight loss, strength, and fitness.

The best thing you can do for muscle gain and strength with no fat gain is to first cut out the bad calories. If you are eating the wrong things even if you are not taking in an excess of calories those calories are stored in your body and form body fat. Feed your muscles not your fat.

Most of us want to develop a good lifestyle that includes a good fitness workout for strength and muscle gain. To do this start with becoming more physically active. Start out by doing small things like a few pushups, light walking, or calisthenics everyday. Even cleaning the house is part of a fitness workout. Slowly become more active every week and soon, you will start gaining muscle not fat. Slowing start out using weights for muscle gain and strength. This is the best way to develop a good fitness workout.

As you achieve muscle gain, you will start to see, the fat disappear. Stay motivated as much as possible and you will notice that sticking with this newly developed fitness workout will get easier every week. You will also start to see the muscle gain and feel the strength from your new fitness workout.

As the weeks progress, start getting into more exercise with resistance. Start using weights in 5-pound increments. You will quickly achieve muscle gain, strength and a good fitness workout.
